Company Description Advaita Innovation Labs (AIL-India) is a branded entertainment and documentary studio that creates original, story-led series for some of India’s most ambitious brands. The studio focuses on narratives about people, cities, ideas, and culture, rather than conventional brand-centric content. AIL-India has produced over 100 episodes across documentary formats and branded series, with work streaming on platforms such as JioHotstar.

Its slate covers entrepreneurship, education, cities, commerce, real estate, and contemporary India through series like Brands of Tomorrow, Super Founders, and Dreamers of Skylines. Operating under its evolving media identity “Mad Mozart,” the studio manages the full lifecycle of content from story development and research to production, post-production, and distribution, following stories across India and beyond.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Video Editor role focused on shaping content for Google and Meta platforms. The editor would need to cut out shorter videos out of long form content. Daily responsibilities include editing video sequences, applying color grading, refining audio,



integrating motion graphics and static graphics, and preparing final exports for streaming and social platforms.

The role also involves collaborating with directors, producers, and writers; interpreting briefs; organizing media assets; and maintaining project timelines and file structures. The Video Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, troubleshoot technical issues, and uphold consistent visual standards across AIL-India’s slate of series.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows. Software needed-- FCP, DV, APP
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance the cinematic quality of content.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalents).

Expected Remuneration: upto INR 35,000 (dependent on skill and last drawn salary) for remote working.
