Scale To Unicorn is a growth company focused on helping businesses Build. Sell. Grow. Earn.
Our YouTube channel is built around the real mechanics of business growth — marketing, sales, startups, D2C, performance marketing, customer acquisition, branding, entrepreneurship, and scaling businesses.

THE ROLEWe're looking for a Video Editor – After Effects Intern to become a key part of our YouTube content team.
You'll work directly on Scale To Unicorn's YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, educational content, marketing content, and visual storytelling.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day trimming clips and adding generic transitions.
You'll be expected to understand:
Why should someone keep watching?
Where will they get bored?
What visual should appear when a concept is being explained?
How do we make a business concept feel exciting?
How do we turn a 20-minute explanation into a video people actually finish?

THE MINDSET WE WANTDon't ask:
"What transition should I use here?"
Ask
"How do I make this moment impossible to ignore?"
Don't ask
"What B-roll should I put here?"
Ask
"What visual makes this idea instantly understandable?"
Don't ask
"How do I make this video look cool?"
Ask
"How do I make someone watch the next 30 seconds?"
That's the difference between an editor and a content editor.
