We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to develop engaging video content for our social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to take an idea from concept to final edited video and understand what makes content engaging on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other digital content.

- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.

- Plan and conduct video shoots for social media and marketing campaigns.

- Create basic scripts, hooks, captions, and video concepts.

- Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos.

- Add subtitles, transitions, music, effects, and brand elements to videos.

- Repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, and other formats.

- Stay updated with current social media and video content trends.

- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Design teams on campaigns.

- Maintain consistency in brand style and messaging.





- Manage the complete content process from idea → shoot → edit → final output.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in video content creation or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.

- Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.

- Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.

- Valuable understanding of storytelling, visual presentation, and social media trends.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
