Pixel Growth Partners is a Mumbai-based performance marketing agency with a twist: we don't charge brands a fat retainer and hope for the best. We put our own money into their ads and only win when they win. Think of us as growth partners with skin in the game. We run Meta ads, build Shopify stores, and turn offline-solid Indian brands into online bestsellers, from premium pens to drinkware and beyond.

Translation: your creatives won't sit in a folder. They'll go live, get tested, and directly drive sales. You'll actually see what your work does.

What you'll do

- Edit scroll-stopping reels, UGC-style ads, and product videos that make people stop mid-scroll and hit "Buy"
- Design static ads, carousels, banners, and website creatives for multiple D2C brands
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, Photoshop Generative Fill, ElevenLabs, whatever's hot next month) to create faster and smarter
- Pump out multiple ad variations quickly so we can test what works




- Work closely with the performance team and learn what makes a creative convert, not just look pretty

You're a fit if you

- Are comfortable with Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut and Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
- Genuinely enjoy playing with AI tools and aren't scared of new ones
- Understand Instagram and reel culture (hooks, trends, pacing)
- Have a portfolio that shows you can do both video and design (strong in one, decent in the other works too)
- Can handle feedback, deadlines, and the occasional "can we try one more version?" ?
