Role Description The Video Anchor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The person in this role will present real estate content on camera, introduce and close segments, and deliver scripted and unscripted material in a clear, engaging manner. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the editorial team to refine key messages, reviewing scripts, preparing for recordings, and conducting on-camera interviews or discussions as needed.

Anchor will help translate complex property and market information into accessible narratives, maintain consistent on-screen presence, and support content planning for recurring video series.



The role also involves providing feedback on story angles, ensuring factual accuracy in presented information, and aligning on-camera delivery with THE NESTORY’s brand voice and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to research, structure, and communicate real estate stories clearly.
- Candidates should possess Broadcasting and Presenter skills to deliver content confidently on camera and engage diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Broadcast Journalism capabilities to uphold editorial integrity, verify information, and present complex topics accurately.
- Excellent spoken English or Hindi (or both), with clear diction and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Comfort with on-camera work, including maintaining composure under time constraints and adapting to direction from producers.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with writers, editors, videographers, and marketing teams.
- Interest in or foundational knowledge of real estate, finance, or market trends is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
