? Key Responsibilities

- Expand distributor networks across State, Zonal &
- District levels
- Acquire and onboard distributors, investors and strategic channel partners
- Develop and execute scalable franchise models
- Identify new territories and drive market expansion
- Handle high-value investment and distribution deals
- Lead negotiations and partner onboarding
- Ensure compliance with applicable state excise and liquor licensing regulations
- Build and manage strong distributor/partner relationships
- Lead and mentor sales & business development teams

? What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience:



3–5 years in Alcobev / Liquor / FMCG Distribution / Franchising

✅ Proven experience in high-value channel acquisition and investment deals

✅ Strong understanding of distribution, supply chain and retail economics

✅ Knowledge of state excise regulations and liquor trade practices

✅ Strong network of distributors, stockists and potential investors

✅ Excellent negotiation, business planning and relationship management skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

- MBA preferred
