Primary Purpose of the role : (i) Achieve the set short and long-term targets - revenue and gross margin; (ii) Achieve the market share and growth target (ii) acquire the identified strategic key global accounts Developing Sales and Marketing Strategy and executing it to achieve the business goals and targets Planning and Budgeting – Sales, People, Marketing, Delivering sales and Gross margin targets for the said period Ensuring on-time approval for project specific products Lead and manage key accounts both, public and private sector companies which include - Utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders Drive the complete process of empaneling of Company Products with Power utility companies (domestic and International) Appoint Business Partners / Agents in the identified markets.



Establish a structured partner onboarding framework by establishing robust process and systems in order to effectively manage the performance Build and manage a high performing sales and Business Development team Providing Technical and Commercial support for Bidding and Tendering team Collaborating with marketing team/ partner agencies for branding initiatives, and driving global brand visibility programs.

Graduate

Engineer preferably with MBA (Marketing)

~20 – 25 years of experience, of which atleast 5+ years in Power Transmission and Distribution Industry ~ Excellent relationship with decision makers in power utilities (both Public and Private sector) both domestic and International ~ Consistently delivered set sales targets ~ Hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle ERP .
