Role Description The Vice President Operations will oversee end-to-end operational activities to ensure efficient delivery of sales outsourcing, training, merchandising, loyalty, and research services. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operational planning, optimizing processes, managing budgets and P&L; performance, and ensuring service quality across multiple client projects.

The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop and track operational KPIs, and implement best practices to support scalable growth.

Operations will also collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-client service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L; Management, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability optimization.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
- Background in Customer Service, with a track record of improving client satisfaction and service standards.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a quick-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, supported by strong data interpretation skills.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in sales outsourcing, retail operations, or related domains is an advantage.
