WNS is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Vice President – Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation for healthcare clients through next-generation digital technologies. This leader will shape and execute strategic transformation initiatives, build scalable digital capabilities, and accelerate innovation across the healthcare ecosystem by leveraging AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, HyperAutomation, advanced analytics, and cloud-native technologies.

The role requires deep expertise across the healthcare payer and provider landscape, with the ability to translate business challenges into digital solutions that deliver measurable operational, financial, clinical, and customer experience outcomes. The VP will partner with client executives and WNS leadership to drive innovation, strengthen market differentiation, and establish WNS as a trusted transformation partner.

Digital Transformation Leadership

- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs for healthcare clients, aligning technology investments with strategic business objectives.
- Partner with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to define transformation vision, operating models, and multi-year digital roadmaps.
- Assess client business processes, technology landscape, and organizational maturity to identify transformation opportunities.
- Design creative digital solutions, target-state architectures, and implementation strategies leveraging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, HyperAutomation, cloud, and intelligent workflow technologies.
- Provide hands-on leadership across the complete transformation lifecycle—from strategy and advisory through solution architecture, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence,



cost optimization, compliance, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Foster executive relationships to position WNS as a strategic transformation partner across the healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare Industry Leadership

- Bring deep domain expertise across healthcare payers and providers, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, regulations, and digital disruption.
- Lead transformation initiatives across key healthcare functions, including:

- Apply emerging technologies to improve clinical outcomes, enhance member and patient experiences, increase operational efficiency, and support regulatory compliance.
- Develop thought leadership on AI-driven healthcare transformation through white papers, client workshops, industry forums, and strategic advisory engagements.

AI & Digital Innovation

- Define and execute the AI and digital innovation strategy for healthcare transformation.
- Drive enterprise adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, machine learning,



and advanced analytics.
- Identify high-value use cases that improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and operational performance.
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI, model lifecycle management, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and translate research into scalable business capabilities and market-ready solutions.

Capability Development

- Build and scale WNS' healthcare digital transformation practice, including methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, reference architectures, and implementation frameworks.
- Develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams spanning consulting, healthcare SMEs, architecture, AI, engineering, and delivery.
- Mentor leaders and teams through coaching, capability development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Define operating models, governance structures, delivery standards, and best practices to ensure successful execution across engagements.
- Drive organizational adoption of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, HyperAutomation, and intelligent process transformation.

Business Growth & Client Success

- Partner with sales, consulting, and account teams to identify transformation opportunities and support strategic pursuits.
- Lead executive presentations, solution workshops, and transformation assessments for prospective and existing clients.
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating ROI, business value, and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Expand strategic client relationships through innovation-led consulting and digital transformation initiatives.

Track transformation success through KPIs, value realization frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
