We are looking for an accomplished engineering and delivery leader to head and scale a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 700 professionals supporting global Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale engineering operations across Telecom.
- Own end-to-end delivery performance, operational excellence, financial efficiency and customer commitments.
- Drive organizational scaling, workforce planning, leadership development and succession.
- Partner with senior Global stakeholders to strengthen global delivery capabilities.
- Champion automation, AI-led transformation, process standardization and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in engineering services, telecom, utilities, infrastructure or global delivery operations.
- Proven experience leading large organizations of 700+ FTEs across multiple functions or customer programs.
- Solid exposure to Global clients, financial management, operational governance and organizational transformation.
- Experience in GCCs, Global Delivery Centers or Engineering Services organizations preferred.
