Role

Vendor, Supply Chain & Petpooja Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate with all vendors and suppliers.

Handle purchasing, quotations, pricing, orders, and deliveries.

Manage the complete supply chain and ensure timely availability of stock.

Maintain and monitor inventory, purchases, consumption, and wastage.

Manage and audit all data in the Petpooja app.

Check Petpooja data against physical stock, purchases, sales, and consumption.

Maintain recipes/BOM, item masters, stock adjustments, and vendor details.

Conduct regular inventory and Petpooja audits and identify discrepancies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordinate with operations, kitchen, accounts, and vendors.





Ensure accurate and updated supply-chain and inventory data.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or restaurant operations.

Strong knowledge of Petpooja

Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock auditing.

Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.

Ideal Candidate

A person who can independently manage vendors, supply chain, inventory, and Petpooja data while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
