- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers for material availability and delivery commitments.
- Travel to supplier locations, whenever required, for material follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports and status updates.
- Track assigned activities and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Support the VD and Purchase team in day-to-day coordination activities.
