Job Description:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and provide technology solutions related to healthcare systems.
Analyze complex healthcare data sets including EDI, claims,
eligibility, utilization, and quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HEDIS, CMS, ICD, CPT) into business solutions.
Lead business process redesign and optimization initiatives to support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
