- - 5+ears of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery environments
- -Proven track record in end-to-end delivery: requirements elicitation, analysis, and implementation support

-Breakdown of epics into user stories, backlog refinement,



and close collaboration with cross-functional teams Planning & Estimation -High-level effort estimation and capacity planning -Roadmap definition aligned with business and technical priorities Process & Design -Creation of sequence diagrams and solution design artifacts -Contribution to API design and integration concepts Technical Understanding -Understanding of programming concepts (Java, SQL, XML) -Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud environments and architectures Stakeholder & Communication -Strong stakeholder management across business and IT (incl. senior stakeholders) -Facilitation of workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions Testing & Quality Assurance -Experience in manual and API testing -Defect lifecycle management: creation, analysis, tracking, and retesting -Agile Delivery -End-to-end experience across the SDLC: inception, concept development, build, deployment, and production support -Active participation in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement practices Tools -Confluence & GitLab -Postman Swagger -Splunk Nice to Have -Basic knowledge of AI concepts and applications -Experience in the banking or financial services sector Additional Information:
