About Role:
The HR Executive to manage our comprehensive HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in payroll processing, attendance management, employee engagement, and facility administration while ensuring strict compliance with labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily/monthly attendance records using Excel, Pagar Book Payroll software
2. Prepare accurate salary structures, process payroll, and distribute salary slips
3. Track and manage employee leave balances and approvals
4. Conduct new employee orientation and policy briefings
5. Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labor Laws, and company policies
6. Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation
7. Manage petty cash records and coordinate with Accounts for ERP updates
8. Procure stationery and office supplies as per requirements
9. Supervise housekeeping, repairs, and guest hospitality
10. Organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, picnics)
11. Coordinate training programs and skill development initiatives
12. Organize monthly Award/Reward Functions to recognize top-performing operators and setters.

Arrangement of New Employee as per requisitions from Department Head/Management
14. Prepare Exit documents i.e. Experience letter, Full & Final Settlement
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration
Experience:
5+ Years Experience in HR
Skills:
1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
2. Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Working Hours & Shifts
