- Strategic Partnering & Direct Sourcing: Collaborate directly with senior leaders to establish sourcing strategies, conduct direct headhunting, and manage candidate pipelines.
- ATS & Compliance Governance: Maintain candidate data within contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems while ensuring strict compliance with data privacy regulations.
