10+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage Management with expertise in designing, planning, and implementing enterprise-scale storage solutions.
Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Dell EMC VMAX3, PowerMax (PMAX), Pure Storage, and HPE Storage platforms.
Implement and support TimeFinder Snap/Clone and SRDF-based replication technologies (SRDF/S, SRDF/A, SRDF/AR).
Administer and troubleshoot Cisco and Brocade (Broadcom) SAN switches, including performance analysis and optimization.
Manage SAN infrastructure components such as VSANs, ISLs, NPIV, Logical Fabrics, LSANs, and Context Switching.
Utilize and support tools including DCNM, NDFC, SANnav, FOS, ACS Gateway, Unisphere, and Pure1.
Perform storage provisioning, capacity management, and infrastructure performance tuning.
Act as the highest level of technical escalation for critical production storage and SAN incidents.




Participate in crisis management calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and meet RTO requirements.
Support 24x7 operations, including on-call and weekend support.
Ensure storage availability, compliance, data protection, and operational excellence.
Analyze complex infrastructure issues and provide proactive solutions and recommendations.
Deep expertise in Enterprise Block Storage Management.
Hands-on experience with EMC VMAX, PMAX, XtremIO, Pure Storage, and HPE Storage.
Robust administration experience with Cisco and Brocade SAN environments.
In-depth understanding of Fibre Channel SAN architecture and operations.
