REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer Production Support Engineer DevOps Engineer or in a similar reliability-focused role.

Strong proficiency in SQL Java and scripting languages such as Python Shell or Bash for automation and operational support activities.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting React Spring Boot and J2EE applications.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies with hands-on experience in AWS or Azure environments.

Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration platforms such as AWS ECS or Kubernetes.

Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems and troubleshooting distributed application environments.

Solid working knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog Splunk Elasticsearch Kibana CloudWatch Grafana or similar tools.

Experience using GitLab or GitHub for version control code review and workflow management.

Understanding of application reliability principles service monitoring alert tuning capacity management and incident management practices.





Familiarity with secure operational practices access controls secrets management and enterprise security standards.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to participate in production support and on-call rotations.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and partner effectively with development infrastructure and support teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical fied.

Professional certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer Microsoft Azure Administrator or Architect Kubernetes CKA or CKAD or a related cloud or container specialization.

Experience supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems and customer-facing applications.
