We are looking for an Automation Lead to drive an AI-first, lean SRE support model through intelligent
automation, AIOps, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of SRE/IT support automation
opportunities.
Implement AI-assisted capabilities such as ticket classification, incident summarization, routing
recommendations, ticket quality checks, and knowledge article recommendations.
Drive incident trend analysis, recurring issue detection, alert noise reduction, and predictive insights.
Enable intelligent SOP/runbook recommendations, ChatOps/Teams-based support, and self-service
solutions.
Leverage AI to continuously improve the knowledge base, including content gaps, outdated articles,
and recommendations.
Automate SRE governance reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Establish automation standards, governance, human-in-the-loop controls, and measurable benefits
such as reduced MTTR, ticket deflection,



reduced alert noise, and lower operational toil.
Desired Experience
8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM,
observability, and ChatOps.
Experience with platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP,
observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable.
Strong understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and
operational analytics.
Proven ability to take automation initiatives from ideation and PoC through implementation and
measurable business/operational outcomes.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across SRE,
engineering, service management, and business teams.
