Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP PPM.
Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within SLA timelines.
Support and troubleshoot HR integration, WBS integration, and cost flow issues.
Monitor and resolve integration issues with SAP PS, Workflow, and Archive Server.
Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect fixes.
Collaborate with business users and Accounts Payable teams to resolve invoice processing issues.
Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
Monitor regular system activities, interfaces, and background jobs.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Support system health checks and periodic maintenance activities.
Ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Required Skills & Experience




6+ years of experience in SAP PPM.
Solid knowledge of PPM configurations.
Strong knowledge of authorization concepts, workflow administration (restart/repair workflows), and troubleshooting interface issues.
Good understanding of SAP integration points.
Basic understanding of debugging.
Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
