Role Summary
Responsible for leading the development of backend services, advanced orchestration
logic, and AI-enabled workflows that power realistic, reusable, and enterprise-relevant
production applications. Key Responsibilities
Build complex, production-grade Python-based backend services and APIs for
enterprise applications and guided flows.
Design and implement advanced workflow orchestration, complex business logic,
structured outputs, and integration layers.
Integrate LLMs, AI services, curated data sources, SAP APIs, and external
enterprise tools into cohesive architectures.
Develop reusable backend modules for common deployment scenarios such as
chat workflows, tool calling, evaluation hooks, and data grounding.
Support realistic end-to-end production scenarios through seamless SAP and
non-SAP system integration.
Improve robustness, debuggability, and enterprise observability of operational
workflows.
Work closely with frontend and platform engineers to make AI workflows usable,
secure, and repeatable across the enterprise.
Skills and Experience




Minimum of 5+ years of skilled hands-on experience in backend
engineering, core Python development, or data architectures.
Strong proficiency in Python for complex backend development and multi-agent
workflow orchestration.
Experience building production-ready backend APIs and services using
frameworks such as FastAPI or similar.
Proven experience with orchestration logic, workflow engines, or AI-enabled
backend flows.
Mastery of LLM integration, prompt flows, structured outputs, or related AI
application patterns. Extensive experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems through APIs,
OData, REST, or event-driven patterns.
Solid understanding of cloud-native backend engineering, security basics, and
enterprise access controls.
Deep experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery
practices.
TypeScript or Node.js familiarity is a plus, but Python must be primary.
