Key Responsibilities:
Reference Concierge Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end fulfillment of reference requests; track reference usage, availability, and satisfaction.
Recruitment Campaigns: Run recruitment campaigns as per plans shared by Transformation team to grow participation across all Customer Advocacy engagements; build and manage Salesforce campaigns to track outreach, response, and enrollment.
Workflow & Project Management: Own task tracking/execution workflows (e.g., Asana, shared trackers); manage calendars, campaign schedules, and coordination across internal teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Transformation to align on reference and campaign advocacy needs; track approvals and report progress.
Systems, Reporting & Close-Out: Maintain Salesforce reporting on campaign performance and reference metrics; ensure post-campaign close-out, documentation, and archival.
Required Qualifications:




5-7+ years of experience in content operations, production coordination, or business operations.
Demonstrated ability to run complex programs with many stakeholders and moving parts.
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing large task volumes.
Strong project management skills with the ability to operate independently.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
Comfortable working in rapid-paced, ambiguous environments.
Experience in customer advocacy programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive-facing initiatives.
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
Background working with global or multi-region teams.
