Job Title: Full Stack Job Level- Manager Location: Gurugram, Bengaluru, Pune Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Manager with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to lead engineering teams, drive technical decisions, establish development standards, and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of full-stack development, modern application architecture, API design, cloud-based architectures, microservices, databases, security, CI/CD, and Monorepo-based application development. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership across multiple applications and services, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements. You will work closely with product owners, architects, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. A strong commitment to collaborative problem solving, technical excellence, mentoring, and continuous improvement is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable React.js/Next.js and Node.js enterprise applications. Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams, driving architecture, design decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices. Architect and optimize microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, databases, and distributed application components. Design responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.js and Next.js, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as Tailwind, Bootstrap, and MUI. Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Define and implement Monorepo architecture and development practices for managing multiple applications, shared libraries, reusable components, and services using tools such as Nx, Turborepo, or equivalent technologies. Establish strategies for shared components, common libraries, dependency management, versioning, build optimization, and code reuse within a Monorepo environment.



Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs and ensure secure and efficient communication between front-end, backend, and external systems. Lead the integration of multiple enterprise applications and services into a common platform/repository, ensuring consistent architecture, reusable components, and maintainable code. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments. Apply best practices for application security, authentication, authorization, API security, data protection, performance, scalability, and availability. Work with cloud platforms and cloud-native services to design and deploy scalable applications and services. Define application observability standards including logging, monitoring, alerting, error tracking, and performance monitoring. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards and design principles. Identify and resolve software defects, code smells, security vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and production issues. Conduct architecture/design reviews and code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering and security standards. Guide, mentor, and develop junior, mid-level, and senior developers, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Establish development processes and standards covering branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, testing, release management, and documentation. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, DevOps, QA, and other technology teams to define and deliver solutions. Participate in technical planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking for multiple projects/applications. Evaluate new technologies and architectural approaches and recommend solutions that improve productivity, scalability, maintainability, and developer experience. Take ownership of production-critical applications and drive root-cause analysis, preventive actions, and continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, modern engineering practices,



and cloud-native development. Skillsets & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with significant experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role. Deep hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js/NestJS. Robust proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+, asynchronous programming, DOM, JavaScript object model, event loop, and performance optimization. Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale web applications and distributed systems. Strong experience with Monorepo architecture and tooling, preferably using Nx, Turborepo, or equivalent, including shared libraries, dependency management, build optimization, and CI/CD integration. Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless architectures, API design, and integration patterns. Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSO, and role-based access control. Robust database management skills with experience in relational and/or NoSQL databases; SAP HANA DB experience is preferred. Experience with database design, data modeling, query optimization, transactions, indexing, and performance tuning. Good understanding of cloud platforms, cloud-native architecture, containers, and deployment technologies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, automated testing, code quality tools, and DevOps practices. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, API testing, and automated testing frameworks. Strong understanding of application security, OWASP principles, secure coding practices, and vulnerability remediation. Experience with application monitoring, logging, observability, performance optimization, and production support. Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and maintainable code practices. Experience leading technical teams, conducting code/architecture reviews, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with team leadership, architecture ownership, and delivery responsibilities.
