Job Title : Project Manager Location: Bangalore Role Summary: The Project Manager will work closely with internal delivery, HR, finance, contracting, and technical support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational management of resources assigned to client engagements. This role is execution-focused and critical to maintaining delivery hygiene, commercial accuracy, and compliance with VDart Digital's internal processes.
Key Responsibilities: Resource Onboarding & HR Coordination:

- Own and ensure prompt onboarding of resources into VDart Digital projects by coordinating with HR, IT, and delivery stakeholders.

- Track onboarding milestones (offer acceptance, documentation, system access, project allocation) and flag delays proactively.

- Act as a single point of coordination for onboarding-related dependencies.

Delivery Operations & Internal Coordination

- Work closely with contracting, invoicing, and technical support teams to support smooth project operations.

- Ensure resources are correctly mapped to projects, cost centers, and billing entities.

- Support internal audits by maintaining accurate operational records and trackers.

Timesheet & Attendance Governance

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets by all resources mapped to the role.

- Perform first-level validation of timesheets for completeness and alignment with contracts and billing terms.

- Track, record, and report resource leave data, ensuring alignment with HR systems and delivery plans.

Invoicing & Commercial Support:

- Support finance and commercial teams in timely and accurate invoice generation by providing validated inputs such as timesheets, leave adjustments, and resource allocation details.

- Track invoice readiness, submission status, and exceptions,



and escalate issues where required.

- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with delivery and finance teams.

Reporting & Governance

- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly operational reports covering onboarding status, timesheet compliance, leave tracking, and invoicing readiness.

- Highlight risks, delays, and non-compliance early and recommend corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to VDart Digital's internal policies, SLAs, and delivery governance standards.
