About the job

Join our growing startup as one of the first team members in Human Resource and help us build a fantastic team. You will work alongside our Director Human Resource, build our employer brand and recruit for all types of roles, both non-technical and technical. Besides recruitment you will be our go to ‘people’ person. You will drive all people related processes and help us build a great place to work.

What you will do

● Bring in great talent - both technical and non-technical, at all levels ● Responsible for full cycle A-Z recruitment - from job intakes to sourcing, making discovery calls, documenting offers and completing pre-boarding and onboarding processes.



● Ensure our Employer Brand is visible and rocking in the market - you will ensure everyone knows Right-Hand Cybersecurity isthe placeto work ● Collaborate with everyone at Right-Hand Cybersecurity - to ensure we have a fantastic candidate and employee experience and smooth processes. You will spend 60% of your time focusing on recruitment, while 40% of your time will be spent on other employee engagement, performance management, learning and culture. ● Learn and Grow! We are looking for someone who is interested in learning the full scope of Human Resources first and is keen to specialise in Talent Acquisition afterwards. ● You will become an integral driver for the employee experience at Right-Hand Cybersecurity, brainstorming and structuring various engagement activities/events for the team.

Who we are searching for

● You have 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience - either agency or inhouse ● You have sourcing experience for hard to fill profiles, particularly tech hiring - you have to enjoy the hunt ● You have hands-on experience with the operational side of HR such as HRIS, employee letters, employee leaves, internal announcements and more. ● You have a fair idea of various potential employee engagement initiatives to keep the workplace fun ● You love taking ownership – you won’t always be told what to do, you will tell us what we need to do! ● You are a real team player and pretty flexible - we are still small and all do a bit of everything, you must love this ● You have excellent communication skills in English ● You have the potential to grow into a people leader within the Talent Acquisition vertical (potentially Recruitment Manager) as we believe in growth from within the organisation
