The Zonal Business Manager will oversee multiple preschool branches within their assigned zone, ensuring smooth operations, meeting enrollment targets, and maintaining high-quality educational standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch managers, analyzing performance metrics, implementing growth strategies, engaging with parents and communities for feedback, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and childcare regulations.
