We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Executive to manage content creation and social media operations across various platforms. The role involves shooting, editing, publishing content, and coordinating with marketing agencies.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.- Create reels, stories, posts, short videos, and basic creatives- Manage and publish content on social media platforms- Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and prepare regular reports with insights.- Stay updated on social trends, new platform features,



and best practices to enhance strategy.- Assist in basic graphic/video content creation using tools like Canva or Adobe- Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, trends, and business objectives.Requirements :- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Manage and publish content on social media platforms- Hands-on video shooting & editing skills- Robust understanding of social media analytics and advertising tools- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends- Familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.Minimum 1 year experience in social media/content creationHands-on video shooting & editing skillsBasic knowledge of Instagram & short-form platforms- Strong coordination & time management skillsTools:Canva, CapCut, Instagram/Meta basics- Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
