Job DescriptionJob Summary: Nn We are seeking a skilledData Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power BI to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from Dynamics 365 and related systems to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. N The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. NnnResponsibilities: Nn Analyze business data from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O;), and Dataverse. N Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI. N Gather and document business reporting requirements from stakeholders. N Develop KPIs, metrics, andanalytical models to identify business trends and opportunities. N Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics. N Extract, transform, andanalyze data using SQL, Power Query, and Power Platform tools. N Build automated reporting solutions using Power Automate and Power Platform. N Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple business applications. N Collaborate with Dynamics 365 administrators, developers, and business users to improve data quality. N Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.



N Support data migration andintegration initiatives involving Dynamics 365 and external systems. N Provide recommendationsbased on analytical findings and business insights. N Create documentation and train end users on reports and dashboards. NnnExperience: Nn Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field. N 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Reporting Analyst. N Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. NnStrong expertise in: Nn Power BIn Dataverse N Power Query N Power Automate N Advanced Excel N Experience developing SQL queries, stored procedures, and data analysis solutions. N Robust understanding ofrelational databases and data modeling concepts. N Experience working withlarge datasets and enterprise applications. N Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. N Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. NnnNice to Have: Nn Experience with: N Dynamics 365 Salesn Customer Service N Finance & Operations N Marketing/Customer Insights N Knowledge of Azure dataservices including: N Azure SQL Databasen AzureData Factory N Azure Synapse Analytics NMicrosoft Fabric NExperience supporting CRM and ERP reporting environments.
