A reputed US company is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and independent Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive doer - someone who not only understands financial strategy but is also eager and capable of executing the work themselves. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy, managing daily financial operations, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. If you thrive in a remote environment and take ownership of your responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile company books on a regular basis- Generate and issue client invoices; monitor receivables andresolve discrepancies independently- Prepare payroll documentation for external processing and ensure accuracy and timely submission- Analyse financial data, monitor budget variances, and prepare clear, actionable financial reports- Collaborate with internal teams to create and revise budgets and financial plans- Own the month-end and year-end close processes,



including journal entries and reconciliations- Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes, tools, and internal controls- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and industry standardsQualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA preferred, not required)- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, bookkeeping, or accounting- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar software) and Microsoft Excel- Solid understanding of GAAP, payroll operations, and budget management- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently without micromanagement- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalCompensation & Benefits- Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (commensurate with experience)- Work Environment: Fully remote with versatile working hours- Support: Access to necessary systems, collaboration tools, and ongoing team engagementBenefits:- Flexible schedule- Work from home
