To carry out extensive design analysis of bulk orders. To coordinate in carrying out first piece fabric’s design analysis post grey inspection stage. To coordinate in analyzing finished fabric against customer design requirements
Job Context & Major Challenges
The main work of the weaving design team is to provide design related details like construction, weave, count, yarn count , shade etc. to PPC for production planning in addition to guiding the weaving department in looming accurate weaving patterns in fabric by providing design specifications and instructions regarding warp and weft.
The team also analyzes the first loom piece against the customer design requirements like shade, count, construction etc.

1. Minimizing recent shade dyeing and maximizing utilization of dyed yarn stock

• Forward design details such as count, EPI, PPI, shade matching, cril, acid dye, etc. to PPC team

• In case of design deviations in fabric piece, informing concerned persons
