Description

Sr. Advanced Project Engineer - perform data analysis & reports for MORs, Business Reviews and engineering productivity for HTS sites. This role involves intensive data gathering, processing, analysis and reporting tasks. Apply data quality and validation techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of data sets and reports. Implement data visualization and dashboard solutions to enable interactive exploration and presentation of data insights and trends

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

- HTS Business Operations Reporting by extracting data views from SAP, Accolade and PeopleSoft
- Collect data (MF, EAC, Engineering Productivity etc.) from SBG (Strategic Business Group) every month and analyze revenue data based on accolade refreshes. Calculate the growth percentage relative to previous year.
- Extract revenue data associated with accolade refresh periods. Good understanding on Accolade dashboards and reports
- Perform data analysis to calculate growth percentages compared to previous year benchmarks.
- Regularly collecting and updating data; analyzing trends and patterns. Prepare reports for stakeholders highlighting growth insights and trends.
- Collecting & Tracking Productivity savings across SBGs by working with PMO / EOPS
- Ad-hoc Data Analysis and Requests - Analyze data as per specific requests from leadership, prepare reports, insights, or presentations based on analyzed data.
- HTS Time Sheet Analysis Report - Pull the timesheet data from SAP, Summarize, and report the data at site level.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, define metrics and KPIs, and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.
- Consolidate and run Performance dashboards and metrics for business reviews and MORs.
- Work with IT team in automating dashboards, data extraction and collection.

Qualifications

Must Have:





- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in PMO / EOPS, and business management knowledge and qualification
- Knowledge of SAP, Accolade, PeopleSoft, SFDC and other ERP & CRM systems
- Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information while paying attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within a cross functional teams in a collaborative manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate at the highest executive levels in the organization.
- Understanding of key business drivers of data mining skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solver, team focused, with good interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and proactive results-oriented self-starter with a sense of urgency who promotes positive attitude.
- Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, and Power point – must/MS Share point)
