Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role, you will be responsible for driving, monitoring and enforcing compliance to all relevant internal and external regulations, standards and work processes.
- Further, you will ensure implementation of the corrective actions from the audits, Root Cause Analysis, alerts & directives,
anticipate future product demand and ensure adequate budget, assets, manpower & utilities are available to meet the demand.
- Additionally, you will Ensure adequate training/instruction to everybody at site (including internal & external visitors / contractors) with respect to hazards & safe behavior.
- Furthermore, you will carry out adequate investigation of any safety incidents, root cause analysis and implementation of the corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure quality assurance systems are available and functional to monitor the quality of product & services.
- Likewise,



you will ensure availability of emergency response plans at all sites, drive and lead continuous proactive identification of risks (e.g. site walks, toolbox meetings) and ensure severe risks are eliminated or mitigated immediately and that any other risks are eliminated / mitigated in an adequate timeframe
- Moreover, you will analyse asset & supply reliability, determine gaps and drive improvements, support the ROC to optimize of the use of existing assets to meet the customer demand and maximize profit
- Initiating projects to add / modify assets for meeting the market demand in the most profitable way and ensuring that the intended results are delivered is a part of your responsibility.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You have a degree in chemical engineering with minimum twelve (12) years of experience in handling Air separation unit or continuous process plants.
