Shaping the vision for the service delivery across all the RDCs. Defining and executing the global practice strategy by driving operational excellence, innovation and technical background across RDCs. NnKeyResponsibilities Nn Define and enhance the global A&T; service framework, ensuring consistency, quality, compliance, and scalable delivery across regions. N Lead and expand RDC operations, building high-performing teams and coordinating cross-regional service capabilities. N Drive operational excellence across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes while monitoring KPIs and SLAs. N Strengthen quality, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness across global operations. N Partner with Commercial, Solutioning, Pricing, and Market teams to support client proposals, RFPs, and solution design.



N Build and develop a strongglobal A&T; community through leadership coaching, capability building, and talent development. NnnWhat We’re Looking ForN N 12+ years of senior leadership experience in Accounting & Tax within global, multi-jurisdictional environments. N Proven expertise in establishing or scaling Shared Services, Regional Delivery Centers (RDCs), or Centers of Excellence. N Solid track record in global transformation, operating model design, process standardization, transitions, and cost optimization. N Deep knowledge of end-to-end Accounting & Tax operations, statutory reporting, tax compliance, governance frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs. N Strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and global clients. N Experience building andleading high-performing global teams across multiple regions. N Exposure to finance technology and ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle. NnnQualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field. N Professional accountingqualification preferred (CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA). N Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities. Nn
