The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessment and management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, including advanced electrophysiological diagnostics, catheter-based therapies, and cardiac implantable electronic device management. NnKey Responsibilities N-Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage patients with a broad spectrum of cardiac rhythm disorders, Nincluding atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, bradyarrhythmias, and conduction abnormalities. N- Perform and interpret comprehensive electrophysiology studies for the diagnosis and treatment Nplanning of complex arrhythmias. N- Perform catheter ablation procedures, including treatment of supraventricular tachycardia, Natrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, and appropriate ventricular arrhythmias. N- Assess patients for andperform implantation and management of cardiac implantable Nelectronic devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and Ncardiac resynchronizationtherapy (CRT) devices. N- Conduct device interrogation, programming, troubleshooting, and long-term follow-up of Npatients with implanted cardiac devices. N- Interpret ECGs, ambulatory rhythm monitoring,



event monitoring, and other relevant Ncardiovascular diagnosticinvestigations. N- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology and electrophysiology Nconsultations and participate in emergency or on-call cardiovascular services as required.- Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, non-invasive cardiologists, cardiac Nsurgeons, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, and other members of the Nmultidisciplinary clinical team. N- Apply contemporary electrophysiology technologies, mapping systems, imaging techniques, Nand evidence-based treatment protocols to optimize patient outcomes. N- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical documentation while complying with Ninstitutional policies, clinical governance requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. N- Participate in clinicalaudits, quality-improvement initiatives, morbidity and mortality reviews, Nand research activities where appropriate. N- Contribute to continuingmedical education, multidisciplinary case discussions, and the Nprofessional development ofphysicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. NnQualifications N- MD / MBBS or equivalentmedical degree from a recognized institution. N- Recognized postgraduatespecialization in Cardiology, such as DM, DNB, MD, fellowship, board Ncertification, or an internationally equivalent qualification. N- Formal subspecialty fellowship or recognized advanced training in Clinical Cardiac NElectrophysiology.n- Typically 3–5+ years of post-specialization clinical experience, with substantial hands-on Nexperience in cardiac electrophysiology. N- Demonstrated competencyin electrophysiology studies,



catheter ablation procedures, and Ncardiac implantable electronic device management. N- Valid medical registration/license in the candidate's current jurisdiction and eligibility to obtain Nthe medical registration orlicensure required for practice in the employing Caribbean Njurisdiction.n- Current certifications in relevant advanced cardiac life-support protocols are preferred. NnSkills & Competencies N- Advanced clinical expertise in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. N- Strong procedural skillsin invasive electrophysiology and arrhythmia management.
