Valuations Analyst Department None · Assist in updating monthly / quarter valuation models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Performance Multiple (PM) and other valuation methodologies · Compile and maintain supporting documentation for financial assumptions, company comparables and key valuation inputs used in valuation analyses · Update models to reflect actual business performance and perform variance analysis against expected performance · Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Deal Analysts, Investor Relations, Senior Management, and Internal and External Audit teams, to provide analysis and deliverables · Analyze value creation drivers and access factors contributing to valuation changes throughout the holding period of investments · Support the enhancement of reporting processes, analytical frameworks and operational procedures to improve efficiency and insights Open Positions 1 Mandatory Skills Valuation,Financial Modelling,Data Management and Analysis,Private Equity Education Qualification MBA, CFA, CA Experience 2 to 4 years
