Validation of Industrial Processes Quality Engineers Responsibilities/: Develop, maintain, and execute quality control plans, inspection standards, and testing procedures for incoming materials, in/-process production, and finished products. Perform root cause analysis /(RCA/) using standard tools /(8D, 5/-Why, Fishbone/) to resolve product defects, non/-conformances, and customer complaints. Monitor product and process quality performance using Statistical Process Control /(SPC/) tools, tracking metrics such as scrap, rework, and First Pass Yield /(FPY/).

Lead or support process/product validation activities, First Article Inspections /(FAI/), and production line audits. Collaborate cross/-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical quality issues. Audit supplier quality performance,



assist with incoming inspection protocols, and issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests /(SCARs/) when necessary.
