Role & responsibilities

- Design Development: Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics for web, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

- UX/UI Enhancement: Design and optimize user interfaces that are visually engaging, accessible, and conversion-optimized.

- AI-Assisted Design: Use AI design tools (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent) to accelerate prototyping, ideation, and asset generation.

- User Research: Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design choices and improve the user journey.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to implement cohesive design strategies.

- Asset Optimization: Maintain and update design assets to improve load times, user experience, and SEO.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, adhering to and evolving brand guidelines.

- Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve designs.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

- Portfolio of work demonstrating UX/UI and visual design capabilities (required).

- Ability to commute to or relocate to the GCC office location in India.

Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and UX/UI design (portfolio required).

- Technical Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma; basic HTML/CSS a plus.

- AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative workflows.

- Design Principles: Solid grasp of UX/UI principles, typography, color theory, and modern web design trends.

- Research Skills: Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.

- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
