- Plan and conduct user research (both exploratory and evaluative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, and chance areas
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with visual designers, interaction designers, product managers, and engineers
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on findings
- Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and UX standards
- Communicate research findings and design concepts clearly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in UX design with a mix of research and design responsibilities
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both research process and design execution
- Proficiency in research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
