Role Description The US Student Visa Process Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding students through the complete US student visa process, including initial counseling, eligibility assessment, and documentation support. Daily responsibilities include collecting and verifying documents, filling out visa forms, preparing students for visa interviews, and coordinating with relevant authorities or institutions as needed.

The executive will respond to student inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain accurate records of applications and communications. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, following compliance guidelines,



and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive experience for each student.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review eligibility, assess documentation, and identify gaps or risks in applications.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, provide clear guidance, and manage expectations professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain visa processes, conduct counseling sessions, and prepare students for interviews.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure a supportive experience and build long-term trust with students and families.
- Relevant experience in visa processing, overseas education consulting, or immigration services is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of US student visa categories, SEVIS, and university admission procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work with MS Office or similar tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in counseling, business, or related fields is preferred.
