· 5+ years of experience in E-Learning or a related industry.
· Should have strong experience Recruitment, sales, counselling, Convincing , Identifying, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage and convert prospective learners in the US market.
· Solid communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
· Flexible to work for US time zone.
