Job Summary

HonorVet Technologies is looking for a US Pharma Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably supporting Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industry terminology, job functions, and hiring requirements, along with experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across diverse Pharma and Life Sciences functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device positions , from sourcing through candidate placement.
- Source, identify, and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for positions across Clinical, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory , and other related Life Sciences functions.
- Understand client requirements and translate job descriptions into effective sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, relevant industry experience, skills, and overall role fit.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and interest in the opportunity.




- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Stay updated on Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Sciences industry terminology, job functions, and talent-market trends .

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience , with a primary focus on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients .
- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device terminology, job functions, and industry-specific hiring requirements .
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across Clinical, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory , and related positions.
- Robust candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management skills.
- Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and coordinate with clients and hiring teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Strong attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
