Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across various non-IT industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Google, and other platforms.

Use Boolean search to identify qualified candidates.

Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, and compensation.

Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.

Present qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.





Maintain candidate/client relationships and accurate ATS/CRM records.

Assist with negotiations and offer processes.

Meet recruitment targets and build strong talent pipelines.

Stay updated on US hiring trends and talent markets.

Requirements

4+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.

Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.

Experience with LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.

Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office.

US staffing/client experience is needed.
