Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Mortgage Quality Control / Due Diligence qualified with 4+ years of hands-on experience in reviewing US residential mortgage loan files for compliance, documentation accuracy and quality.The role will involve end-to-end mortgage loan file review, compliance checks, document verification and identification of underwriting, documentation and process deficiencies in accordance with US mortgage, investor and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality control and compliance reviews of US residential mortgage loan files .
- Review loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, authenticity and compliance.
- Identify documentation gaps, discrepancies, underwriting defects and process deviations.
- Perform mortgage due diligence / loan file audits and document findings.
- Ensure adherence to applicable US mortgage, investor, agency and regulatory guidelines .
- Track quality and productivity metrics and maintain defined accuracy standards.




- Escalate critical findings and support resolution of identified deficiencies.

Must-Have Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in US Residential Mortgage .
- Experience in Mortgage QC / Quality Control / Mortgage Due Diligence / Post-Closing QC / Mortgage Audit / Loan File Review .
- Strong understanding of US mortgage documentation and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to Conventional, FHA, VA or other US residential mortgage products will be preferred.
- Experience reviewing mortgage documents and identifying loan-level defects/discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
