We are hiring for Sr. US IT Recruiter who has 6+ years experience of IT recruitment like Linux, Window, Desktop Support etc.

Skills Required :

Hands on Experience in End to End Recruitment Process across Various IT Technologies within US market

Good experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)

Should be able to work with direct/indirect clients.

Should be self-driven, creative, out of the box thinker, encouraging team learning and productivity that results in value-added customer service.

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work in a agile and challenging environment is essential.

Good Command over Spoken English

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sr. Recruiter /Recruiter -US IT Recruitment with 5-8 years of experience in US IT staffing, international recruiting, perm and temp staffing, service delivery, account management.

Should be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including, head hunting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, candidate assessment for US Market

Job Location : Remote

Shift Time : US shift - Night Shift (6.30PM-3.30AM)(Remote)
