About the RoleWe are hiring US/Canada IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for North American clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze US/Canada IT job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess profiles against requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular candidate and client follow-ups.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Manage multiple positions while meeting submission and hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Stay updated on North American IT hiring trends and technologies.
- Work with Account Managers and recruitment teams to meet client requirements.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in US or Canada IT recruitment/staffing.
- Strong understanding of North American recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and candidate databases.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong screening, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Must be within commutable distance of Gurugram, Haryana.
