Description

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join Vaakruthi Software Solutions, Ameerpet. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruiting for IT positions in the US market, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
