- Source top talent for US IT and Non IT roles through various channels like job boards and social media.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.

- Utilize knowledge of Visa and Tax Terms to facilitate recruitment processes.

- Work on technical roles including Java, Dot net, Python, Data Engineer, and Scientist positions.

- Ensure compliance with W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in US IT staffing.

- Solid understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.

- Excellent communication skills to build strong client-candidate relationships.

- Knowledge of technical roles such as Java, Dot net, Python, Data Engineer, and Scientist.

- Familiarity with US Recruitment practices and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
