Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, drafting job postings, using various recruitment platforms and social media channels to identify talent, and maintaining an updated candidate pipeline. The recruiter will coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, conduct initial candidate assessments, and support offer negotiation in alignment with company guidelines.



The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, tracking hiring metrics, and collaborating with HR and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in IT recruitment for the US market, including candidate sourcing, screening, and full-cycle hiring for technical roles.
- Ability to use job boards, professional networks, social media, and recruitment tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Knowledge of US work culture, basic employment practices, and familiarity with common US IT job titles and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and build positive candidate relationships.
- Proficiency in maintaining recruitment databases, tracking metrics, and preparing reports to support hiring decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field; prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Noida, with flexibility to align with US client time zones when required.
