Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resources preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and resume databases.
- Understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and job requirements.
- Resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
- Candidate follow-up and interview coordination.
- Understanding of work authorization, location, experience, and candidate availability.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work US Night Shift timings.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
