Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and other job boards.

- Manage the full cycle of recruiting from initial screening to offer extension.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.

- Proficiency in ATS systems like Workforce Now or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations.
